About Charlie
My name is Charlie Stacy. I’ve spent my career serving others—first as a police officer, and now as an EMT. Those experiences taught me not only how to respond in moments of crisis, but also how deeply accidents and injuries can affect people and their families.
As a personal injury attorney, that background gives me an advantage. I understand the medical side of injuries from my time in emergency medicine, and I know how accidents are investigated and documented from my law enforcement service. This allows me to approach each case with insight, compassion, and a determination to fight for the justice and compensation my clients deserve.
Charles A Stacy was a police officer with the town of Bluefield, VA before he attended law school. During this time, he investigated many car crashes and accidents. He began practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1997 and in the State of West Virginia in 1998.
I am proud to announce that I am:
-
A member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association
-
A Graduate of the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, WY
-
An elected member of the Tazewell County Board of Supervisors (2012-2024)
-
A graduate of Southwest Law Enforcement Academy (1991)
-
A member and past President of the Bluefield Virginia Rotary Club
