Our Background
Charles A. Stacy
Charles A Stacy was a police officer with the town of Bluefield, VA before he attended law school. During this time, he investigated many car crashes and accidents. He began practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1997 and in the State of West Virginia in 1998. As an attorney, he has been able to utilize his unique experience from investigating car accidents as a police officer to his clients’ advantage. Being intimately familiar with how investigations are conducted allows him to help you mentally recreate a crash in order to understand how it happened. This has led discovering evidence that can make or break a case. He also works as an Emergency Medical Technician with Tazewell County EMS. This allows him to better understand the medical concerns you may have, as well as how they relate to any treatment that is required due to an accident or injury.
Charles has the legal credentials and experience to represent you, and is proud to mention that he is:
- A member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association
- A Graduate in the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, WY
- An elected member of the Tazewell County Board of Supervisors (2012-2024)
- A graduate of Southwest Law Enforcement Academy (1991)
- A member and past President of the Bluefield Virginia Rotary Club
